Yes, as a general rule, we supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials that are required to carry out the task. We can also supply all consumables such as toilet rolls and hand towels, these could be invoiced at the end of each calendar month accordingly.

All Managers and supervisors receive comprehensive training in the qualities to manage the sites they are allocated. All cleaning operatives receive in-house and on site training in all areas needed to carry out their duties .The company encourage employees to undergo the British institute of cleaning courses. All health and safety issues and company polices are covered in their initial induction.

Yes, we takeout an employer's reference and require proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK along with a copy of their passport and driving licence. Many of our staff are CRB checked because of the secure nature of the contracts we have.

We do not have a general fixed hourly rate chargeable to customers. All jobs are priced according to task, weather it is a commercial service, builders clean or a one off clean. Variations such as equipment and materials used are also taken into account when calculating the final cost.

Commercial customers are invoiced at the end of each calendar month and are given a standard 30 day from invoice payment date.

We have comprehensive insurance cover which covers Public liability for £5,000,000 employer's liability of £10,000,000.
